Representative Experience

 

Land O’Frost; Lansing, Illinois: This project was for the automated packaging system redesign and relocation. This project consisted of project management, controls, project scheduling and construction management for the redesign and relocation of the robotic packaging and palletizing system, including relocation of the bar code printing systems required for production.

 

Cargill, Texturizing Solutions; Hammond, Indiana: This project involved scheduling and contractor coordination for the installation of the new propylene oxide unloading system. The project added rail unloading, new required holding tanks, all new controls, fire suppression system, and a new nitrogen generating system

 

General Mills, Project IceBox-Pre-Construction; Reed City, Michigan: Dale was the senior scheduler for pre-construction services and the continued development of the project schedule.  Prior to the spring shut down Dale prepared the project schedule for work to be performed by several contractors over a 24 hour a day, 4 day timeframe.

 

Kraft/Heinz Company; Springfield, Missouri: Dale performed project scheduling and contractor coordination during the expansion and relocation of three cheese production lines. The project consisted of relocating and expanding the process capability of the cheese single production lines.

 

BP, WPT Capital Group; Whiting, Indiana: As a senior scheduler Dale supported the project controls and cost management function within the team. Dale was responsible for developing project schedules, schedule assurance, and monthly reporting on assigned projects within the client's team and reported to the schedule services manager.

 

LHB Inc. / EnBridge Inc.; Duluth, Minnesota: Dale was a project scheduler who worked with the project managers, engineers, environmental department and the ROW department to update the schedules. He reviewed purchase orders and updated the activities in the P6 schedules.

 

Henkels & McCoy, Inc.; McFarland, Wisconsin: Dale was a project scheduler who created and updated resource loaded schedules through Primavera 7. He maintained, updated and exported schedules for the alliance partners.

 

American Transmission Company; Madison, Wisconsin: Dale served as the west portfolio project scheduler who created, updated and maintained resource loaded schedules while using Primavera 6.2. He imported and exported schedules from the engineering and construction partners.

 

 

Planning Design Build Inc.; Madison, Wisconsin: Dale held the role of the project estimator who performed material take offs, created internal and external estimates using excel, and contracted subcontractors to acquire bids for upcoming project work.

 

Marshall Erdman & Associates; Madison, Wisconsin: Dale was a material coordinator who facilitated material take offs and loaded the materials and quantities into the bill of material system for projects.

 

Cherne Contracting Corporation; Minneapolis, Minnesota: Dale was a project controls, scheduler, material expeditor and field equipment manager. He determined the progress and percent complete of the overall projects that he was assigned to on a weekly and monthly basis. These reports where then handed off to the owner. He created and updated schedules in Primavera and worked on oil refinery sites with other companies to combine schedules for turnaround projects.
